1. Domain Name
Once the domain name is picked and purchased you will be furnished with
all details of domain host. It is not reccommended to log into domain
host as any changes could and most likely will affect your website
functioning properly. Upon cancellation of service the connection to
webhosting provided by MCCRAY INT will be terminated at the end of the
contractual period determined by the time left on the prepaid period.
The domain will be registered to you, the client being served by MCCRAY
INT and your information will show on a whois lookup to determine the
ownner of a particular domain.
2. Web Hosting
Webhosting will be selected by MCCRAY INT for all domains
webmastered by MCCRAY INT. MCCRAY INT uses reliable third
party hosts for domains being webmastered. In that respect
MCCRAY INT accepts no liability for incidences that arrise due to
webhosting error although MCCRAY INT is committed to aid in researching
and resolving any problematic incidences that may occur with a chosen
web host.
3. Web Site Design and Changes
MCCRAY INT is dedicated to customer satisfaction however to reduce the
amount of time costs to you and down time from your website being
inactive, re-design requests will no longer be allowed.
MCCRAY INT will promise to take special care in ensuring that the
design you choose is right for you and your business purposes. If you
would later like an element of your site deleted or added don't
hesitate to contact us as we can quickly fulfill those requests with
little or no downtime to your website.
4. Privacy Policy
MCCRAY INT will never sell or divulge any personal information received
from you unless given written permission to do so. In the case of a
lawsuit or criminal proceedings MCCRAY INT may be required by law to
make personal information about its clients or a client in
particullar available to the proper authorities.
